 I am changing to an iPhone 11 from a 7 but can’t install the Pet Rescue App. I’m on level 693

    Hi @Gillapeno and welcome to our Community!

    If you have issues downloading any apps to your new iPhone 11 from App Store you will need to contact Apple Support for help.

    As soon as the game is installed on your new iPhone, connect it to the same Facebook or King account that you were using on your iPhone 7 and the levels will be synced.
