Hello @Marcia2019 Hearty Welcome to the Pet Rescue section of our friendly King Community
To redeem the Gold Bars from your Piggy Bank in the game, you will have to purchase it.
If you click on it, you will see the discounted price that is available for you.. which 2.99 for 50 Gold Bars. If you are OK with the price shown, you simply press on that amount. And if you like any other deals that are shown, you simple select that number of the Gold Bars you would like to buy and pay the amount that is displayed next to it!

All purchases are fully optional in the game, so you don't have to purchase the Piggy Bank if you don't want to. You can continue playing and complete the levels without the Gold Bars.
The game is free to download and free to play, so to monetise it it offers these in-game purchases instead. However, as already mentioned, all purchases are optional and you can play all the way without any Gold Bars.
