Unable to access with FB app

Hi, I can no longer access the game from Facebook and I have lost all progress. I did everything and nothing has changed.

Which device are you playing on Computer or Mobile, and what level are you on ?

Hi, I use iPhone and the level I think is around 2780, but now I’m on level 2 just because I can’t access.

Hi @William99 . Thanks for replying back

-Delete the Facebook app and the game from the iPhone

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Restart the iPhone

-Open Safari and log into your Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and connect it to Facebook

It should then automatically connect to your Facebook. 

Once you're connected to your Facebook you can reinstall the Facebook app and continue using it if you wish

the strange thing is that with other King games I don't have this problem...

I've done it! I had to activate cookies on Safari
