My score does not show after win. My picture is also now showing up in the game.

I just played two games and they did not sync or show my score below. I see others also have had that problem and I also reached out to Kiara who is aware of it and said that it does that in the games sometimes. I know my game score was higher both times in both games. I sent a screen shot and I will also post it here. I don't see my name in any of the previous games showing up when my score is top five. Kiara said nothing you can do and it doesn't stop your game from progressing. Kiara suggested I post in the discussion section. If anyone knows any other way to get it to sync back so when I score I can see it post and my picture will show back on the board. Please reach out if you found a fix for yourself. Thanks

MY PICTURE AND SCORE SHOULD SHOW!

The support team already responded to me in Candy Crush. I replied to Kiara and it accidentally posted in Candy Crush. I didn't see where I was posting. I was asked to post in Petrescue.

My picture and my score should show up but it does not anymore. It use to. They answered me about it. Thanks

I am having the same problem with my scores not showing....even in very old levels I have played

this is very disappointing!!! And does affect game play and make me no longer want to play

The scoring on my games on my phone is really off when I'm playing the games. Let the tech people know my score on the level 3372 and before are coming up the same 21031. That is the score coming up on all the games from 3372 and back.

Just in case the support team can tell me how to fix this. I thought I'd post my score and also let you know that I updated the game today and as I play I'm watching to see if the score and my picture and name will show up.

Crazy Cat Lad, I just got the flag that you can win extra gold bars if you rescue the 200 pets. I am on level 3402 and can't go any further. I like playing as you see and don't have the same opportunities as those that aren't as far ahead. When " King" gives out these extra prizes, not all of us have the opportunity to get in on the fun. I just wanted to express my disappointment. It flagged me today so I can't play.

I’m on 3129 and my name doesn’t show on Top Friends scoring and I also don’t get offered any lives from friends any more. I also lost all my accumulated lives and bonuses when I reinstalled to fix the issue. I’ve been playing Pet Rescue Saga for a long time and hope these issue are fixed very soon.

Greetings Gina C, I have been having the same problem and I upload the screenshot so they can see that my name does not come up or my score. It doesn't affect me playing but as of the last two updates, that is when it stopped showing my name and score. I don't know why because I update every time there is one. I am going to upload a screen shot here of a previous game and it still today does not show my name anymore or my score. I also have some scores that show up and it will be the same score for many game and it is inaccurate. I got a message back that said they are still working on it. I don't know what changed but if I don't update, I will not be able to move along in the game.

I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED 1st IN THIS GAME. NAME AND SCORE.
