Gold Bars Disappeared
Hello:
I had earned 24 Gold bars over an extended period of time. Last week or the week before, I can't honestly remember - I looked and it was down to 8 bars - I hadn't spent any. Then I went up mystery mountain and earned 1 more - so should have had 9 bars and I go on today and I am at zero.
Can you please tell me what is going on? I did not spend those bars - they simply disappeared out of my account.

If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.
