I lost my gold bars that were purchased

I have been playing this game for a very long time and never have I lost my gold bars that I purchased. I had 33 and I used 6 to play the carnival game and when I got into the game I had lost 12 ending up with 21 instead of only 6 which is frustrating since I purchased them with my money. Can you please fix this error that occurred!

I started august-september and i am on LEVEL 477. I let my younger brother use my login so i just make sure that he doesn't spend anything. So @jenH76 if u Have another person that uses the same account then just let the person know not to spend anything on ur account.

Please email Player Support so they can check this up and restore the lost purchases.
If you play on mobile or via the W10 app, then go to the games Start menu, then Settings, the Cogwheel and Help.
Choose the topic and you find the Contact Us in the bottom of the page.
If you play on Facebook or King.com, then send an email from here.
