I am trying to help a friend on this level. and myself have not reached that level on my laptop. I checked out the help and am doing exactly what the help does
I spent 4 hours yesterday with absolutely no success, so today did an experiment.
I played 30 games with no tools, 22 I got no pets out of 5 and 8 I achieved 1 pet out of 5.
Would that be a good success rate from your point of view? Im not looking forward to getting this level when the road block opens

Levels like 3566 where you rely entirely on butterflies to rescue the Pets can be frustrating and difficult!
Often the color you need for the butterflies just does not appear on the board.
The main trick to passing a level like this, is knowing when to quit the level and start over.
First, make some small matches (of only two or three blocks) until four butterflies are on the board.
If you do not get at least two butterflies the same color, (preferably three) or two of one color and two of another, then quit already, it’s not worth wasting time to try and pass.
After you have several the same color try to make big matches in these colors to quickly fill the butterfly.
Having balloons the correct color helps a lot, so does being able to paint the color you need in.
Once you have the first few Pets collected, asses your moves. If you’ve used a lot already, and won’t have enough to rescue all the Pets, quit and start again now.
It can be frustrating, but saves you wasting time playing when you’ll not pass anyway!
If you still have plenty of moves, repeat the process.
If you have some balloon boosters, or want to buy some, they can help a lot, so can the paint booster to color the blocks.
But even when using boosters keep an eye on your moves and only use them if the level is going well.

@kiara_wael trying this level seen the video got nothing like it. probably had over 100 attempts and cannot get more than two pets. Have you done this level as i am well and truly stumped

I finally got through by using Golden Bear for a 2nd time, you have to make sure that the Pet to the left of the screen is down far enough that the butterflies take the captive ones in the middle as they are higher before the one to the left that can be released by the blocks being removed by the golden bear. Hope that makes sense.

@Annie_Soutter. Thank you but no matter how i try i cannot get this to go past two bears. knew i could use golden bear to get last one, its the ones in the middle always run out of blocks. not letting me get many big colour matches so by time 2 bears have gone i have hardly any blocks, used color pops used paint tin to try and pass and same result not enough blocks. My refresh rate to the completed video is silly. Played king games for years and this is first time one has stumped me like this. i normally do the 15 levels one day 5 days solid on one level.
Killed my enjoyment i expect hard levels there were a couple in this release but to not be able to complete using boosters i find silly

I havent actually got this game yet, Im on a laptop so expecting it when they put up new levels but was helping a friend and she was on this level. This is how I got through, like you, I couldnt see how you could and spent many hours only ever getting 2 bears out of 5
OK, Gold bear, dont play it until you have unfrozen the bear on the left because when you do the golden bear it causes all the butterflies to go and if you still have the frozen bear it will take that before the trapped bears because it is higher up and leaves a trapped bear with no butterflies to get it out with, you have to unfreeze it before playing the gold bear, hope that helps.
I am getting very sick of trying to play MISERY MOUNTAIN ( as I call it now)They say it goes for 2 days but it is actually 3 days and if you are at the road block there is nothing else to do. I have been playing level 6 - 10 and I cannot get past level 6 & 7, have played it so much I can almost tell you by looking at it if I will get through. It always uses all my daily tools and gold bars so have nothing to help until the next day.
The support is lovely but they sure dont understand the frustration of being deliberately blocked so you buy tools. Cant afford that
