I tried to purchase the piggy bank a total of 4 times, each of those times I received an error message. These purchases were attempted on Google Chrome via the Facebook website. When I checked my email I'd received 4 receipts for these purchases, my accounts were charged but I did not receive any gold bars. I contacted King via the customer support form and someone emailed me instructions for MOBILE purchase retrieval, I am not currently on my mobile device. On top of that there was no mention of the refund owed me because of the repeat attempts to buy the piggy bank. I was charged a total of $11.96 so even if I get the contents of the piggy bank I'm still owed $8.97, how to I get that back? After replying to the initial email there have been no more replies, no more help and I'm still out the money and the gold bars. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from King. I'm DONE.

If you make any purchases on Facebook and therefore have the payment details saved on Facebook, please dispute or report the purchases directly to Facebook.

Thanks @Crazy Cat Lad, I finally received an email with instructions on how to dispute erroneous transactions on Facebook. They have issued refunds. Thanks again!
