For 4 days I've been getting the error message that I'm not connected to the Internet. I can collect my daily gift, etc. and make to the map. Once I click on "Play" I get the error message. I have cleared cache, cookies and rebooted. Please fix this. I've been played since 2014 and have never had this happen.

    Ive been getting an error message for the last couple of days saying that I'm not connected to the internet.

    I can also collect daily gift etc. Once I click on play I get error message too. Please fix

    Meanwhile, please try with reinstalling the game to see if it helps.

    -First remove the game from Facebook here (this do not delete any progress or in-game items)

    -Clear the cache and cookies on your browser

    -Reinstall the game

    Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date. You can check if it's updated here.

    Please note that the game do not run on Flash Player on Facebook. It's running on HTML5 and no Flash is required!

    If you have a Windows PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the app instead. You can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download the game from Microsoft Store by clicking HERE.

    I have followed the instructions. I can still play Mystery Mountain and the Weather one but not the main game. It doesn't sound like a problem on my end.

    I would recommend if they report this problem instead since it is now too common than a simple device or facebook problem

    Hello there @abee817 and good day to you.

    Based on your comment, it seems like you are playing your game in PC via FB. If this is true, the error message may be caused by the unstable flash player, which will be removed by end of December 2020.

    As such, I suggest that you install the app in your PC if your windows version is Win10 and the game can be downloaded here or simply download the game in your mobile phone.

    Please note that once you log in to your new game in another device, all boosters will be reset as it is stored in the local device and not game server. So you may have to build back those boosters.
