Stuck on this level. Maximum of 3 pets is my best, without power-ups, while try to build up more boosters. Rechargeable paint brush far too slow, very stupid. Have the designers tested the level and cleared no boosters ?

We have a Pet Rescue Saga Video Section where you can see level examples for all your levels and I am happy to give written tips 😊
I found Level 4123 very difficult also! Here are some things that might help:
Concentrate on releasing Pets from their carriers first, then bringing them down second.
If it's easier, stay on one side and don't necessarily rescue them from both sides.
Let the virus blocks take over a side so all those blocks can be removed in one move.
Remember to use the balloons and paint if the board is favorable.
Also, if you manage to rescue 3 and have 2 pets on the board, now is the time to use your mega bomb.

Three pets and just one on the board is the best I can do, before being out of moves. I do not like to use the mega bomb - they are saved for the insanely hard clear 100% of the blocks levels. This game is going further into decline, the levels they are releasing.

Thanks .... videos never help, if the right board never comes up. I save the bomb for the 100% blocks levels, which are almost impossible mostly, in the 4000s.

Collecting boosters in events, got enough to clear this level, but not enough to tackle the next level, let alone the episode. Been on this level for 7 days now. Need assistance in unearned boosters to progress now, spent hundreds of inventory in the 4000s and 3900s, after King ramped up the difficulty in this game. Close to deleting the game, it is no fun anymore, that is the fault of the Game Studio. Videos no help, some videos rescue a pet box in two moves, never happens to me. The video is so quick, cannot even see how a pet cage can be a pet in two moves: about 10-15 moves is normal, no unearned boosters, then too slow. The virus blocks off the match for moves. Let the virus build up ? Never happens in my board. There is simply not enough moves to clear, with even one only rocket booster use.

Two pets out of the boxes inside 5 moves ? That is a good start. Never happens here, so the video is of no benefit to me here. Is usually around 10 moves or more before one pet cage can turn into a pet, with the board layout, virus blocks blocking things.
