why is it for the last 3 weeks i play and get all the way through weather alert get my 24 hrs of free play all the bonus gifts-- i never get the points that are related to each level and when i go back to play my regular game i lose all my hrs my bonus gifts and go back to the first level of weather alert happens every week very frustrating and yes my cache is cleaned

Hi, three weeks ago King changed the weather alert from account oriented to device, so you can play on multiple devices and get rewards. Unfortunately this also creates problems for players who use VPN or AD blocker or similar features to increase privacy or security. Disable those should solve the problems. Of course King can also deal with the problem by using other means to identify devices.
