My color balloons will not select any color.

What is the problem? They are activated, but when I click on the balloon, it will not move so I can choose color.

Sheryl_Thompson - Updates are most commonly done automatically but sometimes we shut off the auto-download feature by mistake. If this has happened you can manually download the updates by going to the app store you downloaded the app from and select updates from the submenu.
What device are you using?

Thank you for your response. I am using a desktop, windows 10, and I use the link through facebook. I have not seen where I can update anything. I have logged out of facebook (those instructions were for the problem of losing my completed levels), and relogged in and accessed pet rescue. I am using a WIN 10 desktop.

I have the same problem and tried the same things as String Bean. The only difference is that I can play one game before the tools do not work.
