Unable to help others

Currently at Road Block. My friend list is virtually inactive at the moment but I don't get the option to help others, I only get the Random Level option :-(

The help friends is still in the game, mine shows in the 'events' tab.

It is not always there though, so I assume when it is not there it's because no one is needing help.

Lynette, my friend list isn't very active at the moment but I used to be able to help other players as well as those on my friend list but helping other players is no longer available and hasn't been for just over a week now so I'm getting a tad bored with the game now as I liked helping others.

@JJLC What I do with inactive friends is remove them and add some new ones until I've found a group who help and play more often.

I’m right there with you! I’m at the end too and liked helping others. But they took that away and only allows random games, which I don’t play because it is pointless. So I don’t play half as much as I used to. I wish they would bring it back!

Have you looked for it in your events and friends list?

May be none of your friends need help at the moment?

I usually have at least two frineds needing help, but no time to help them 😓
