For those waiting for new paths to open, you can go back to old games using the "+" and find levels where you originally got 1 or 2 stars.
If you play these levels & get more stars than the first time you played, the pets you save will be added to "Your City".
The downside is that you end up using up your helpers on old levels & won't have them to use when new levels open.
I think I have had it with Petopia already!!!

Going back to old levels did not help me, I found that Pets saved and points were only earned on new levels
It might be that most of my levels already have all the stars!
