I have lost all my progress on pet rescue

Dear Team,

I have recently deleted my facebook account and unfortunately/accidently deleted the game as well. I would like to restore my progress. Please help me.

My facebook account user name was **** and user name was gullo.

I have created king account just now and would like to connect my account with this same user account.

You can contact customer support . ~Just remember when you get the automated email respond to it with help needed and also remember to check you spam folder for any messages as some times they end up in there

and how Sync to King account

You need to do this on a PC. go to king.com/games. Select candy crush and then play now. you will then be on the log in page to create an account or sign into an existing one. once signed in you will see settings in top right corner

Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?

Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.

To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:

• Go to the King website at King.com/games
• Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
• Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
• Select ‘Account’
• You will be prompted to confirm your password
• Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
• Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

Thanks for replying to my thread.

Unfortunately my facebook account is been deleted and I have no more access to my profile.

Though I am an avid player and gone very far in the game.

Kindly help me how can I sync my progress apart of facebook credentials.

Hi @gullo !

You will need to email Player Support to get the game restored if the Facebook account where the game is saved on no longer is active.

On mobile, please go to Settings in the game, then Help, choose a topic and tap 'Contact us'. Please remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic for a swift reply and don't forget to mention what level you were at.
