Petopua progress disappearing

Why has my city disappeared I got to level 7 and now every time I play a leave it gives me a blank city again and takes my hearts back to none

    Oh no! Losing your whole Petopia city?

    I will report this to the Game Team to see what happened.

    Please note that the event will end on 28 July, so not sure if we manage to get a fix in place before the event ends.

    Thanks for your help, I have messaged twice about the problem, I got to level 17 now back to level 1 and no progress can be made. They didnt reply with any help at all... just an auto reply.

    The Game Team found the error, but the event will end today so a fix won't be in place before the event ends I'm afraid.

    Thank you crazy cat lad, it was fixed yesterday and I was able to play the event out, which I really enjoyed! Hope they bring it back.

    So glad yours was mine kept me on level 7 and would start again everytime I played a level and then occasionally would jump back to level 5
