I open this level and as soon as it opens (even though it says that you have over 30 moves,) it says that you haven't collected the required amount and shuts again without a shot had. What's that about???

    I hope I can help with your problem...

    There are a lot of blocks locked by vines in Level 1417.

    You are probably getting the message as there are no matches in the remaining unlocked blocks

    Do you get the message every time you open the level?

    Are you able to see (before the message) if there are actually any matches in the few unlocked blocks?

    Also, if you have asked for help (with the help within the game) you may be getting free balloon boosters that also stop there being enough free blocks to make matches 😓

    Note, below is when I opened the level just now, I was lucky to have 3 options to match, but if you had a balloon or two on them it could ruin any opportunity to make a match...let me know if this is what is happening for you?

    @Leeneg , thanks for the screenshot, I can see that you have a test level of the ' collect all items' level and not the same Level 1417 that is in most games.

    Does your's have the pink blocks that are supposed to be collected, like in the video?

    If it does, or not, the level is not supposed to start with that message!

    The first thing I'd suggest is to look in your app store and see if there is an update for your game. - updating to the most recent version might correct the problem. (Don't reinstall, just see if there is an update button, if not then you do have the most recent version of the game)

    Let me know if there was an update and if it helps?

    Ok thankyou Lynette. Couldn't update on tablet as not enough space. But downloaded on phone and works on game fine. So you we're right Cheers Lee
