Help a Pet Rescue blocked player

I don't understand why I send just a booster to a Pet Rescue who is blocked on a certain level.

The original message says: finish the level for a player who is blocked, see screen shot

When I have finished the level the player just receives a booster, see screen shot

If someone of you can explain me that would be great ❤

I agree that the wording is misleading.

It says 'help another player finish their level'

But the 'help' you are giving the other player to finish their level is boosters.

It would be nicer if you were actually able to play the level for them.

Also there are levels where a balloon booster does not help them at all but makes the level harder as it hinders the gameplay.
