please can you tell me why every time i play pet rescue or farm hero saga they ask me for my D.O.B

Below is why you are being asked your date of birth, but the not being able to play is no good!
I hope this will be your solution:
If anyone is having issues getting their date of birth to be accepted, make sure that the DAY is in double digit format. So 01, 02, 03 etc, not 1, 2, 3.

You are being asked your date of birth becausere is a new law from the UK's data protection authority that focuses on making online services safer for children.
This only affects players from the UK.
This age control is now being rolled out since you will need to be at least 18 years old to be able to play all King games. If you are over 13 years old, you can play most of the King games with approval from your legal guardian.
