I can sign into my Facebook account and play. But, the second I try to sign into my king account, it says wrong email/ password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still does it. But, I am allowed to log into the community. Please help. I have reached out to support and have gotten nowhere for months now

Hi @brandyw78 the email and password you use to sign into here, the Community, is a different one to your game one.

Recently we have been able to link them so they are the same, but if you've been trying months it's becasuse you need a seperate game account to sign in.

Had you previously signed in via King (did it ever work?) If not then what you need to do is make a game account.

Instead of trying to 'log in with email' use the 'sign up with email' and make a King game account.

@Lynette yes, I had been able to get in before. I got it fixed finally. But, I was on level 4314 but now they have me back at 4243.
