Yes I do have an internet connections, so what is going on?

This is not something wrong with your internet, it's just the person you are helping already clear the level or some other helper one step ahead of you, so your help no longer needed, then the internet oop dog appear. It is a confusing message just ignore it.

Thank you for the feedback , Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
