Why can’t I see the Summer Petopia event?

My devices are running the most current version of their respective softwares and I had installed the most current version of the app available. I have never had an issue seeing the event before. Please help!

Our lovely community manager, @Crazy Cat Lad, has written a post about the Summer Petopia event here. There's a lot of useful info (regarding your issue too), so check it out! There might also be an issue with your internet connection or maybe you've disconnected from your Facebook / King account. If none of the things mentioned help, you can contact King here.

Please post your Game ID on the thread HERE, if you don't have the event.

I can then ask the Game Team to restart Summer Petopia in your game.
