My game takes a long time to load after the initial title page. Once it has loaded and I play a level I try to get back to the map and I get a black screen which, again, takes a long time to load. This happens each time I play a level. I have tried reinstalling the game but that has not solved the problem

This could be a problem cause by older devices for lacking memory space and processing power. To solve this problem you need to clean your device by using a good cleaning app, also if you can remove background apps when you play the game , it might help.

Hello there,
in the past three days, I’ve had issues with this game, for two days I could load the game, claim the daily bonus and play the daily challenge before the game crashed. I’ve freed up lots of iPad memory checked my app version is up to date, it is. Today I can only claim the daily bonus, then it crashes. I boot up the game again, it crashes. It’s occurred since the side event of “investigate what’s in the box” started.
Please fix it.

Since the grow a pet challenge started I have been unable to play the game. The game loads, stalls then crashes. It always crashes when I click what’s in the box. I’ve tried closing this pop up but the game still crashes. I’ve updated, cleared cache etc, all to no avail.
