I collected enough red blocks for 19 gold bars and when it was time to load them i had a 'connection error' and never received my gold bars

I never received my gold bars on 123 grow pet and the 200 bars that were sent to my email account either

The best way to report this is to let King know via the 'contact' link within your game (this way they can see your game ID and investigate any problems)
Click on the gear wheel within your game, then the 'help' button, and you will get the option to describe your problem.
