Hello, google translator exists for you too; however not knowing who to contact I am forced to publish here; I log in every day , I am at level 5343 and, as very often happens, you reset my access reward. If you continue like this, I will uninstall the app and delete the game from facebook. In my opinion you are not serious even though I have been playing regularly for years. With best regards.

I assume you are writing about the daily 'log in' reward?
It sounds like facebook is not saving your game data correctly.
Have you checked your game app settings recently?
Go to your facebook app settings (linked below)
1. Make sure your game is set to 'active'
2. Click 'view and edit' for the game to make sure it has access to your friends list.
3. Scroll down the linked page to your Preferences
Make sure both 'Apps, websites and games' and 'Game and app notifications' are turned ON
