Why am I still unable to collect my gold bars?

I have had the link to collect my gold bars since before the event ended and every time that I click on it I get a message that there was an error and try again later. Please either correct the link or make it go away.

Could you please take a screenshot ? and make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hi @sdk21766, welcome to the Pet Rescue Saga Community 😊
First, if you play on a mobile device, try updating your game at the app store (if there is no update button don't do anything, it means you are updated!) This will hopefully get rid of the message!
To claim the gold use the help button within your game to explain your problem, this way they can see what the problem is, fix it for you, and give any rewards that are due.
Look for the gear wheel on your game screen, then click on 'help' as shown below:
Please let us know if you need any other help, and while you are here in the Community, visit some of our other sections (like the contest area where you might win more gold for your game!)
