I suddenly lost a large part of my points (from some 85000 to 600) and gold bars (from some 450 to 50), and all the items I had! Curiously, my profile has been changed as well (I used an icon of a frog, but it was replaced by a chick), while my progress is maintained. I thought my account had been hacked, but it was not the case.
Could someone tell me how can I recover my points, gold bars and items? Thanks in advance!!
Hi @elgancho, if you are logged in and your internet connection is ok then the game should be automatically saving your data. This means that if you log out the same game data will come back when you log in again.
The game does warn you that logging out will loose your progress, but this is only until you log back in again.
I've found that sometimes mine will revert back a level or two, to when my game was last saved, but I think for me this is because my internet connection can be intermittent.

Hi @elgancho I’m back, and your situation does sound like someone hacking your account, but we’ve never heard of any issue of anyone getting their account hacked. At least I haven’t in my 2+ years of being part of this community.

I also suspected that someone had hacked my account, so following your advice, I reported this incident to Contact support. However, it seems that they don’t want to help me… They only send me an automatic reply suggesting me to find some article related to my problem or to visit the community so that someone can help me.
I have been enjoying this game for almost four years, but nothing like this has ever happened before…😔

To me it sounds like all that has happened is you've had connection problems and your game has not been able to access saved data. (I've had this happen to my game sometimes)
What device are you playing on and how is it you are saving the game, via facebook or via the email option?
The first thing to try is to log out of the game then back in again.

I'm playin on iphone. I am not sure, but I would say that my game is saved via email option, as I do not use Facebook.
What I'm worried about is whether my progress, points, and gold bars are saved if I log out the game...😰

Hi @elgancho @Lynette will pick this up later I am sure, but in the meantime, you need to be very sure that you are logged into the Kingdom if you don't use Facebook. Sometimes players play the game and don't realise they should be signed into anything so of course, when they reinstall everything is gone.
To double check, when you load the game, click on account and it should have your profile and name there and say something like your progress is being saved. 😊
