Glitches in petopia

I have been this challenge non stop. When I click on candy shops it says busy & screen goes black. The only way to get out of it is to play a game. When leveling up placing an item hat or etc the box says place holder empty. Luckily I know pick another. I had over 78 hammer & 98 balloons etc. I reloaded the game. All my bonuses are gone. Even the bomb to clear the screen. I submitted a ticket for help. As a gesture of good faith they are giving me 20. What a joke. I have spent hours playing this game. Almost 100 of each item. And you give me back 20? Seriously what a slap in the face. So many glitches with this challenge. Never had a problem before. Been playing for years. But you can’t look into my history & replace what I lost; get new website designers. And when I logged in this morning to claim my bonus items from candy. After 12 hours everything is still sting there?

Hi @Dmd1

Boosters are saved on your device, so cannot be 'looked into and replaced' 😕

If you have paid for them then there is a record so that is different.

Your other glitches, sound like the game data is a bit too much for your device. If you are able clear any unused /old data from your device and make sure nothing else is running when you are playing.

The fact the candy is not disappearing is not my device.

The empty place holder to put a hat on, is not my device it is a script error.

The glitches are the programming within the game.

fyi: I clear my history & data all the time.

Apologies for not addressing these glitches in my first post @Dmd1 . I also have these problems within my game (it is funny when you dress invisible pets!) personally I thought it was graphics glitches because I do play on an old, slower device. This has been reported to King, but as the event only runs a few weeks we are not likely to see a change in this game. This will help with making the next Petopia event better though.

The candy is removed much more slowly when not in 'trick or treat' mode, we have discussed it in this thread here: Halloween Candy Factory problem This has also been passed on to the Petopia team.
