It sounds like what I call 'connection' problems (the game can be disconnected even if you have internet access) Do you log in/save your game via facebook? Often facebook is the problem.
Check your game settings at the link below.
Make sure Pet Rescue Saga is 'active' and use 'edit' to check it has permission to see your friends list.

Also, scroll down on the same page to Preferences, make sure they are also turned on.

I just log in using my king account and that is saying connection error try later 🤷🏻♀️
I will wait for the next update and see what happens.

Otherwise you could try using the help button within your game, but I assume they would just give you all the usual trouble shooting tips.
The game updates on Monday anyway, so I hope that will fix it for you 🙂

I'm having the same problem you are. I'm always helping people pass their levels but can't find a way to ask for help. There's no kind of a button to click or anything. And the friends I have I have no idea who the people are to be able to contact them and ask them. There should be some kind of a button you can click on to ask for help in passing your level
