Asking friends for lives and help to finish a level
How do you ask for lives in Pet Rescue, I have a list of friends but no way of asking them for hel[. Also, I have been stuck on a level for close to a month and do not know how to ask for help on that level. I have tried to help other friends when they are stuck. Thank you

Let me know what Level number you're at and I'll (hopefully) be able to help with tips.
The 'ask friends for help' option pops up within your level after you've continually tried and failed a level numerous times (I'm not sure the exact number of times) so you cannot summon it yourself.
As for asking for lives, the new friends list does not give you the option to ask, but you will be open for lives to be sent if your friends bother to look at their friend list ๐ค.
Sometimes you might need to remove friends who never send any and accept some new friends instead.
Personally I've given up on relying on friends and use the free lives gained in bonus games (Weather Alert and Mystery Mountain) to do most of my playing ๐

The friends section looks like this now. Red hearts are lives to collect, blue are lives to send.
One of my players needs help with a level (if I play that level she gets sent some balloon boosters and extra energy to build up the in-game booster) I've clicked the arrow under that friend to see her hearts, note clicking the arrow also gives the option to remove a friend.

I honestly don't really understand how these friends lists work, for example, you are on my list @Lady_Choo - but I might not be on yours! (you'll have to look now ๐)

Hello and thanks to all for your assistance. Lynette, I am on level 2434 and you are correct one cannot request lives from friends. All I get are boosters and quite honestly they are no help!! I have been on this level for over a month now and will probably just give up on the game. Thanks again

I can help you with some tips on how to play level 2434.
I tried to get a Pet in each column, and only locked blocks in the lower half of the board, before releasing the first key.
Also, use the balloons as much as you can to help clear more blocks in each move.
