GOOD NEWS! The latest update allows me to play again, although slowly.

BAD NEWS! The game will not allow me to select that gold & purple chest to dig up for treasure. Is there a reason why?

Also, HELP Button in game is still not functioning.

@Applelight I think your problem might be similar to what I get. The game runs so slowly that I need to wait until I can click and choose an option. From personal experience I know that this means not clicking/tapping multiple times on the chest you want, as each click/tap slows down things more! In fact I had to close the game and start again a few times because I made the game hang by being impatient and clicking too many times 😫

Does what I've described above sound similar to your game?

Do you mean the 'help' button to contact support? This will only work if you are connected to the internet. Have you had connection problems?

Please contact the help desk via the 'help' button within your game. This way they can look into your game and see what is wrong.
