I have a problem, when I open my actual level, it starts with the screen of Special Challenge and that’s it, the level doesn’t open, I have to close the game. All the other parts are ok, I can play with them, but not in my level. It’s the second time, the first time I removed the game from my mobile and I installed it another time. The problem with this was my boosters, I lost all of them and I had a lot… now, I’m in the same situation, I can’t play… my ID is 1158974181. Thanks

Have you checked for a game update? Do you know the name of the special event?

Hello Lady_Choo!
My game is the last version, I don’t have more updates… There isn’t a special event, it’s a Special Challenge when I start a level, some times some levels start with this to give you more boosters or something else.

I'm sorry Lynette, but yes, I still have the same problem.. My uppdate was five days ago, not yesterday. My version is 1.390.16, is this the latest one? I'm trying to find a new version, but there isn't...

It sounds like you are updated - it might help to contact support from within your game.
This way they can look into it and see what the problem could be.
Use the gear wheel within the game to find the help button.
