Look at the picrures, I have made a new uptade, but the game is not to play... I cant startet !!!!

    You may need to clear/close your device between removing the game then reinstalling?

    Did you also try contacting support with your game ID? https://soporto.king.com/contact

    yes we have make newstart, we have sand IDs to Support, but nothing go. Yesterday we have a new uptade made, but its the sam problem.The Startpicture is helloween, we press start, its come the orange window...and over...

    Sometimes it takes a little longer for them to get back to you.

    Did you get a response to say they had recieved your email? Did it tell you to come here? If so, you need to reply back to that email with the problem and you will get a real person.


    Are you playing on android? You will need to make sure that you clear the google play store cache too before reinstalling.
