This may take a min. I opened game on a new phone and still have old phone. Old phone before switch would not connect to my wifi. No purchases,no updates, no new bonus games( weather and mountain etc.) I am at different levels. Now I've lost new device and feel .......well you can imagine. Please help and I've tried suggested action already. Now I'm just very sad!!!!
