when are you going to fix the glitches

i have reported the glitches several times and all i get is automated responses. nothing has been resolved, game still sounds max head room something went wrong pops up everyday so petopia or other games wont load. please fix the problems

Hi @fiestycat and welcome to the community.

Player support have been extremely busy and if you send multiple emails, it counts as different tickets so that could be why you've not had a proper reply yet.

Are you playing on computer? I know some have had issues with the sound on that. Petopia is not available on computer right now as it is broken.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies as you have mentioned other games too, it might be a good idea to make sure that your browser is upto date as well.
