How to pass Pet Rescue Saga Level 3397, without boosters or extra moves
This is a nasty level, I will try to break it down into steps to make things easier to follow.
First, drop down five Pets, one in each column on the left. Hopefully, while doing this you will also remove some large groups of one color and release a few butterflies to rescue some of your Pets.
Drop Pets in any column they have gone from.
Next, build up enough blocks to gain the in-game mesh cutter booster.
Wait until you have a large enough group of blocks to release more butterflies (at least 16 blocks) Use the mesh cutters, then immediately click the blocks and release butterflies.
Drop the Pets again, build up the mesh cutter booster, make sure there is a large group of blocks...use the cutters, then immediately click that large group to release butterflies. keep doing this until all the Pets are rescued.
