Are they getting anywhere on fixing the game for many of us that use laptop? Honestly , why change the game to make it better when it only made it worse for many of us. Remember having a chest after finishing a episode and getting boosters, etc. I can't even play Petopia. This is getting old....I know the answer is they are having trouble on their end getting the fix worked on. I know I've mentioned this over and over. Why am I the only one complaining about this. Is it just my laptop?? Is anyone else having this issue? I really love playing this game but it's becoming a money racket for me. The only booster I earn is the daily. FYI...my phone does not even work on the game anymore. Rant over.

As far as I know everyone who plays the computer version of the game has the same problems, but some of them do have an end of episode chest 😕
Most players use mobile devices these days and those who do play on computer do it via facebook, so spend all day complaining in our facebook groups and not here, where the game makers can actually see their complaints! 😫
I also prefer to play on computer, so know what you are going through.
The last news I heard was on April 13th and I was told that with the information I'd given (I made a video showing the faults) plus the game ID you gave, that " now the Studio can thoroughly investigate it!"
I will see if there is any more information on this for you.
