when are you going to fix the glitches

Seriously this has been going on for months now. Petopia on my phone not computer sounds zzzed. iI keep reporting this and no response not fixed not resolved

Hi @fiestycat Petopia has finished now, so that issue at least has stopped.

I know you said a while ago on your other post that I replied to, that you kept sending multiple tickets and I did advise that you stick with one but you didn't come back to me. It isn't a general issue so I need to know your make and model of your device please and then we can start with some troubleshooting 🤗

So my computer is an HP laptop and only 6 months old. I'm running the newest Windows, I can play with no issues on my 7 year old Andriod which just finished petopia yesterday

Hi @fiestycat wasn't it the sound on your phone that sounded odd? I am glad to hear you had no issues with petopia though!

No it is the sound on my computer. And petopia never was on my computer

Ah I am with you!, the way you wrote it was that you had issues on your phone. Ok so petopia was fine 🤦‍♀️ Its the computer sounds! I will tag @Lynette to see if she has heard anything as I know she plays on a computer so tends to notice these things more 🤗

I'm no help, I play with the sound off on computer because it buzzes! I have also reported this problem, but as it was in conjunction with another problem it may have been missed. We can try reporting it again, plus I'll provide them with a video so they can hear it.
