has anyone else been having issues when bigger updates happen on iOS where their kicked back to day 1? It has now happened SEVERAL times since Summer 2021 and I’m getting so frustrated by it at this point. I log into this game daily before I log into another one. I have not missed a log in on that one in a VERY LONG TIME. Once again this week it reset on me back to Day 1 when I was almost to 200 again! Very frustrating King Games. This is the only one of your apps that does this to me.
My log in count should be much closer to this, rather than under 200 repeatedly

Its has likely been a connection issue, can I just ask, is this Pet rescue?
If so, we did have a log in glitch but that was a while ago and as far as I know, isn't an issue now. Are you logging in through Facebook?

Yes it is let rescue and I know it hadn’t been happening for a long while. I was almost 200 days in again finally. I have a set routine for logging into my games and always start with this one so that I do not miss my log in and as you can see I haven’t missed a login in a very long time at this point yet my count has been reset clearly multiple time now since I’m back in week 1 on Pet Rescue again. It’s just very frustrating and I’m getting kind of fed up at this point with the game if it’s going to keep glitching.

Did you put the wrong screenshot @kryssiaguiar? Your picture is not from a King game.

No as stated in my post, the screen shot is for reference to how many times I’ve been screwed over by the daily log in thing. My daily log in should match that one.

Unfortunately we cannot compare them though as it is a non king game.
We will however let our community manager know, and she can check with the studio to see if they are aware of any issues and to pass your feedback on. I apolgise for the inconvienience.
