Inside of Pet Rescue, ads from this developer start with Reward in 5 Seconds, but there is no countdown, and even after a minute one cannot get back to playing the game, so I have to kill the game and restart it. Ads from this developer are being shown with increasing frequency, and this is making playing Pet Rescue a frustrating experience. This does not happen with any of the other advertisements.

Which device are you playing on? (model, version and OS type)
Does the screen just go blank or does it take you to the app store?

The ad never starts the countdown for you to get your reward (the X never becomes touchable, stays greyed out). After the interactive part where you can play a bit to get interested in their game (which is 1945 - Airplane Shooting Game), you get taken to the App Store if you press almost anywhere on the screen, and you can do this multiple times. At no point can you press the X to get your reward and return to Pet Rescue. To play Pet Rescue you have to dismiss the app and restart. iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th generation), MHNK3LL/A, IPadOS 16.5 . I’ve played many levels of PR and watched many ads, for years, and this is just a failure of the developer to start the reward countdown.

Thank you. I know exactly how you feel as I have this issue a lot on a non king game, and it is really annoying and time consuming. Thank you for all the device info, you've got more than 2GB free? I have to ask because the CM will.
I know the ads are down to whoever is behind the app rather than king, but they clearly need to be told its not working 🙄

Ok, thanks. I saw this happen with another ad, next time I’ll log who the developer is.
Are you certain it isn’t a bug in the module that allows ads to run? What (or who) controls the amount of time-till-reward and screen layout? Could it be a problem with the ad agency distributing the ads on the game?

If I click a little icon at the top left corner of the ad that freezes, it says Ad Choices, and if I click that it brings me to Mintegral.com. So they are the ones serving these ads to Pet Rescue. perhaps they should also be notified about the problem with the ads, as perhaps they are responsible for the interface.
