Hi there! Thanks for bringing this up! Although this sort of ad issue is not handled by Studios, I can pass your feedback on to the team responsible for ads at King. But before, would you mind sharing your player ID? 🙂

Ad for Tiki Solitaire Peaks, developer Scopely Inc, has the same problem with the Reward in 5 seconds never starting the countdown, thus forcing me to dismiss Pet Rescue and restart the game.

Another problem ad: YouCam Makeup: Face Editor
Developer: Perfect Mobile Corp.
Please note the upper right corner with the very small x, one can’t press there. Again, another Reward in 5 seconds. It seems to me these may be deliberately made this way in the hope users will buy the apps out of frustration.
Also note that I have had many ads that worked successfully, but they were of different durations and layouts. I was around level 4500 when I first reported this and am now beyond 4700.

Totally understand how much it can inconvenient. I want to draw the Ad Team's attention to it. To do that, I would need your Player ID. You can find it by going to your account settings and tapping the yellow King logo like on the following screenshots:

Here is my ID. I just had the ad for Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks, developer Scopely, Inc. freeze up again, it comes up fairly often, frozen at 5 seconds.
