Hey. Can someone help me? I had to reset my phone. Because of that, I lost all the aids from the pet rescue game, such as hammers, balloons, rockets, etc. And I had many hundreds of them collected. The level of the game and the gold bars remained unchanged, fortunately. Can those aids ever be recovered?

Unfortunately unlike gold and level progress, boosters are only saved in your device memory so if you clear the data, you remove those too.

If you paid for any of them with real money, you would need to go through to player support from within the game and they will be able to replace them. Unfortunately they cannot replace free ones.
