@Lynette here is something I've never experienced before, it's almost acting as though I'm not signed in or have never signed in. What do u take from this error message? If I log out, I'll have to restart at level 1?!!!! What!! Lol Then in a contradictory statement below that it says, I can save my progress. I just have no idea what happened to my game. I've never had an issue with PRS.

I got another odd message the other day saying couldn't connect to store when trying to purchase gold.

Hi @ILovePetRescue_No1 for some reason your game (or device?) is not connecting to the internet. I say device because your playstore is also not picking up any updates and you cannot connect to the store.

It could be worth trying to completely close your device then open it again to see if this re-boots your connection.

The message within the game is a bit contradictory, but basically if you log out you no longer have your progress (so at level 1) but when you log back in again you'll be where you left off! 😊 I've done it many times.
