Hi all PRS mediators. I was just wondering. Is King going isto reimburse the players for losing out on rewards when the games were not working. Since the fault was from their end .nothing to do with device and connection issues. I'm sure other players have the same question. It would be nice to receive something. Since the fault was from their end. I was just wondering that's. Nothing personal. I'm just curious that's all.😊🙏

@zainab786 that is down to the studio to make that decision. The best thing to do would be to email player support from within your game and ask 🐾

I too have just got 50 gold bars only to told already claimed on another device. One . NOT GOT ANOTHER DEVICE. TWO . NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
