I had these stupid events that waste time and you can’t opt out of. I have to let them play out in between games and it is extremely annoying. I’d rather have mystery mountain back any day of the week. I’ve noticed as soon as a new event is launched mystery mountain disappears for a few weeks in a row.

I also did not get the event this year. I contacted customer service and they said not everyone will get the event. I sent them screenshot of my phone, current iOS is up to date, current version of the game, and I’m on fiber optic internet, so connection issues are not the problem. It’s frustrating since there are posts in the community of the event going on, however customer service says it will not be available to everyone. Why pick and choose who gets the event??? I’ve always had it each year.

@mifreema . That's what they say all the time when I tell them the same thing. Everyone gets it.ive always had it And like you. I'm too on the same Internet service. The faster one. When you open your game .Let it load before, you start playing. Until it's connected to app store. THEN try it .it might work. 🤞🤞

I don't have it either and I have had it every time. Also I have not been able to connect to the bank or anything in several weeks now. Can't use gold bars to advance or ask for help. AND the carnival has not had any free ticket offers in weeks. Seems like the whole game is stuck... hope it works itself out soon otherwise I may just ditch the game
