Hi @wilson52 it could be that you need to re-connect your game to pick up requests for help from your friends. Try logging out, then in again.

This is an old example, but has the metal box you describe. Note how I make sure I have a line blast booster ready to use immediately the mesh is gone from the electric block (metal mesh maker block)

I am sorry that the game must be difficult, but I cannot access it to help out, as I always normally get other games that I can help with, but I have not been given any in the last couple of days
I'm way back on #833 and I've never been able to determine how to get rid of that metal box with an arm, that encases adjacent squares in a wire mesh box. I assume the tutorials for my level are outmoded, as the games they depict are not the ones now offered. I'd appreciate any help you could provide as I'm currently feeling the confusion that comes with folks my age when we interact with certain aspects of the tech world. lol
