Pet Rescue not loading !!

It starts to load then an orange box comes up stating "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment" .... it's been like this all day. Any idea how long it's likely to be down ??

Day 3 !! Still not loading !! .. I cleared cache, etc, but still refuses to load via Facebook.

Apologies, this seemed to have been pushed down the board and it got missed. Not sure how!
