agreed! i would rather have the mountain. last week i splurged on critter carnival in preparation for the mountain. last night i started to buy gold to stock up because you said the mountain would be back this weekend. i’m sure you can see i am barely playing now and already moved the icon off my home screen. yall are not being transparent. but maybe im the customer you want to leave.

I’m not quite sure how we aren’t being transparent? We are only volunteers and players like yourself. So when it first happened we didn’t know why, then the community manager asked the studio who said it had been disabled while Pretoria is running. You know as much as we do. It should be back after it’s finished we were told 🙂
Also we cannot see if you have moved the icon or not, or even have the game installed. But from my own personal viewpoint as a player only..it is a free event which enables you to win free boosters and while obviously it is nice to have, it’s not part of the main game and king add it on as an extra bonus for you. Not because they have to.

I haven't had it since July so hopefully I'll be getting it back in Jan as above says but doubt it as I'm in the group that they are testing so couldn't tell me when or if I'll get it back

I haven't had mystery mountain since July as I was in the group they were testing apparently and even though they make the game was told they couldn't give it back to me or it could be an internet issue at my end but had it up until then so guessing I won't be one of the ones getting it back in January but will see

That is because to keep it fair, the computer system chooses players randomly. Bear in mind there is a lot. Sometimes area or devices you use goes into the algorythm too. Even us mods don't necessarily get all events. Same in Farm which has always done it like this.
