Why didn't my game advance?

Thank you for the email giving me the Level 1000 acknowledgment; but I have a question. This issue happened once before but I didn't pursue it.

 

Why does this session say I did not complete it. Every box with a colored square was encased in the blue outline. You make it impossible to get a clear screen print with the Snipping Tool because of the speed with which the "Continue" covers the board. I even clicked inside the blank area in the bottom left corner, nothing. I deleted boxes on both sides and the bottom row to see if a box would drop in that blank square but NOTHING did.

 

This was the "event" this morning 1/4/24 and I completed about 10:15am, just minutes ago, via Facebook Pet Rescue Sage but I cannot find an ID for me on the screen.

I've had this happen with this paticular level before also.

What has happened is that when you've collected blocks the column has slid and one block space is left empty.

This means you cannot circle that block/space.

Next time you get this level make sure you do not empty any of the block spaces.

Welcome to the community @4wheelerfam_21 Once the level is won or lost the box just comes up so I am sorry, I know its hard to get an image quickly. In future if you can get a screen recording that would enable the studio to see the screen easier (you cannot upload a video to the community but you can add a link from a file sharing site like dropbox)

Which level was it? I will tag @Lynette to see if she knows more as she plays more than I do 🤗
