A while ago I was stuck on level 7112 where you had to pop 5 balloons. When I only got 4 balloons, I bought 3 times more moves. Since it was a bug (which is fixed now) there was no more balloon. I wanted to get back what I bought but they refuse so they have cheated me of money and probably many people with me. Have you also been scammed?

Hi @Phsson unfortunately glitches happen from time to time and it is the nature of games. However I agree it would be nice to get something back.
Did you contact player support and ask them? We cannot do anything here but they might be able to to if you explained the situation and requested nicely. They are unlikely to give you the money back but they might give you something else instead.
